RISE Ballet Company

A ballet company for dancers who want to be part of a team that spreads joy through dance!

Our RISE Ballet Company is comprised of young dancers who love dancing and want to share the gift of dance with others. Dancers in the company will have opportunities to perform at different venues such as nursing homes and children’s hospitals with the goal of bringing joy into people’s lives.

RISE Ballet Company I (RBC I) is open to students ages 10+ & RISE Ballet Company II (RBC II) is open to students ages 6-9 years old.

 

2024-2025 Commitment & Schedule

Ballet Company members will meet once a week for 2 hours to work on choreography that they will perform at special events throughout the dance season. Technique training will comprise a portion of these rehearsals, but the primary goal of the practices is to teach, rehearse, and clean choreography to perform. Dancers who are part of this company must be enrolled in at least 1 ballet dance class at RISE.

Students who are accepted into the RISE Ballet Company program will have two days in August to learn choreography for the Fall 2024 semester.

Bi-weekly rehearsals will have the following schedule:

Monthly Tuition & Fees

$100 + $150 (RBC II)/$200 (RBC I) Costume Fee due August 2024 upon acceptance into company

$75/month due starting September 2024 – May 2025

Audition Details

RISE Ballet Company I (ages 10+) – July 27 @ 11:30am-1pm

RISE Ballet Company II (ages 6-9) – July 27 @ 10am-11am

If you are unable to attend the in-person audition, students may submit requests for a private audition to our Dance Director, Stephanie Sullivan, at ssullivan (at) risewarehouse.com. Auditions must be schedule no later than August 9th. Students accepted into the company will learn choreography on August 16th & August 17th (see above schedule).
