Front Desk Associate

We are in search of a Front Desk Associate who is passionate about assisting our staff and members.

Overview

  • Full-time and Part-time positions available
  • Salary or hourly rates to commensurate with experience
  • Full-time includes additional $4,800/year towards health insurance or wages
  • Fun, creative work environment

Responsibilities

  • Greeting members
  • Administrative Duties: Scheduling, sorting and sending mail, answering phone calls, assisting members with registration, managing employee time sheets, managing maintenance staff
  • Financial Duties: Expense reports, processing payments, billing, purchasing
  • Marketing Duties: understand the different classes available and promote special events
  • Other general office duties
  • Assisting program directors as needed to complete projects

Qualifications

  • Ability to interact comfortably with people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to respond quickly and calmly in an emergency
  • Basic knowledge and comfort level with computers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Works hard, able to multi-task, takes initiative and is a problem solver
  • Willingness to learn and work cooperatively with a team
