Age group for the competition is determined by the athlete’s age on January 1, 2025. Groups are as follows:
- KIDS: 6-8 years old
- MATURE KIDS: 9-10 years old
- PRETEEN: 11-12 years old
- TEEN: 13-14 years old
- YOUNG ADULT: 15-17 years old
- ADULT: 18+ years old
- MASTERS: 40+ years old
- ELITE: 15+ years old
